  • Do you accept package deliveries as well as regular mail?
    Yes, we accept both mail and packages at all of our locations.
  • Can PostNet Mailbox address be used as a home or business address?
    Yes,all of our Mailbox addresses can be used for personal or business use. With the Suite Number and Street Address, it is acceptable to open bank account and also for any official Government application form. (i.e. RTA, ATO, ASIC and many others)
  • Do you receive mail and packages from all couriers?
    Yes, we are able to help you to receive parcels/packages from all courier service providers (i.e. DHL, FedEx, TNT, StarTrack, CourierPlease, Fastway and etc). Our locations are open during regular trading hours.
  • Are there any other extra fees?
    We charge $25 setup fee and $30 key deposit (Refundable on key return). Also, we charge for scanning and mail forwarding services. Please refer to Other services pricing
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept payment via credit card, and we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
  • Is your service secure?
    Yes, security is very important to us, and we make sure your personal information and mail are kept safe. No more worrying about having your mail stolen along with your identity.
  • What is mail forwarding?
    We can forward your mail/parcels to anywhere, wherever you are in any part of the world. Mail Forwarding Service Fee: $5.00 per arrangement plus packaging and postage. Forwarding service can be done via Australian Post or by Courier Service Providers (i.e. DHL / FedEx / TNT / StarTrack / others Local Courier Service Providers).
  • Can you ship internationally?
    Yes. We will be happy to forward your mail/parcel to you internationally.
  • For how long you can keep my mail /parcel?
    Your mail/parcel is stored free of charge for 3 days and after that $1/day per item.
  • What forms of identification documents are acceptable?
    As according to the Australian Authority and the Police, we require you to submit your personal Identification documents. Acceptable identification document includes: valid driver's driving licence or passport.
  • How could I know that I have Mail/Parcel?
    You will receive a Email/Mobile App notification at no extra cost when mail or package arrives, so that you don't have to make unnecessary trip to check mail.
  • Are there any size/weight restriction for parcels?
    Yes, the maximum parcel weight can not be more than 30 kg and the length or width or height of the package can not be more than 150 cm

Smart numbers have a public website with a public Auction process where you can search for numbers and place bid’s on numbers. The Auction process takes a few weeks and the auction start dates and closing dates are clearly listed on their website.

Commonly used for feedback lines, community service style services. 1800 numbers can sometimes be more expensive from mobiles (as they aren’t included in many major mobile cap plans), but free from pretty much all standard fixed lines.
No, there is no contract on any 1300 number services. We do require 30 days notice if your cancelling your service, or if your transferring it to another supplier.
